Quality is a priority in the ESES activities and we understand it as giving satisfaction to the customer’s requirements everytime, providing a competitive product and service, with everybody’s participation.

Our aim is to be adapted constantly to both our customer’s Quality standards and to the legal requirements from the Authorities. Furthermore, our customers audit us regularly to verify that we keep on complying the required standards.

ESES is awarded with the following certifications:
· UNE-EN ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification.
· UNE-EN ISO 14001 Certification for Environmental Management.
· UNE-EN ISO 22716 Certification for Cosmetics GMP.
· IFS HPC Certification.

Quality is a priority in the activities of ESES, which understands it as satisfying the needs of the client and the final consumer at all times, with a safe and competitive product and service, with the participation of all.
The fundamental principles that, in relation to quality and the environment, guide ESES are embodied in its Quality and Environmental Policy, which is defined by the Management. These principles are:

· To provide a product and a service that achieve customer and end-consumer satisfaction, based on personalized service. The customer is the raison d’être of the company. We seek transparency in the relationship through constant communication to the customer and as far in advance as possible, of any incident that may occur, thus minimizing the impact they may have.

· Comply with all the requirements established by the regulations, current applicable legislation and other requirements related to the activities, the products produced and their safety and environmental aspects.

· To carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on ESES facilities and equipment to always guarantee their correct condition.

· Establish adequate systems that help us in our commitment to continuous improvement.

· Improve the environmental performance of the organization, seeking the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution, and the sustainable use of resources.

· Raise awareness, train and seek the commitment of all ESES staff, with good manufacturing practices in all its products, especially cosmetics.

· To make quality and product safety, as well as respect for our environment a basic element in the culture of ESES, achieving the identification and commitment of all the company’s personnel and the optimal use of all the talents, means and resources of the members of the organization. To this end, ESES management is committed to a Product Safety Culture applicable to all levels of the organization.

In order to achieve these principles, ESES Management establishes annual improvement objectives. It will analyze which are the available means and will determine its specific needs, providing the necessary technical and human resources that allow the achievement of the defined objectives.

In order to apply this Quality and Environmental Policy, ESES carries out its Quality, Environmental, Product Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices Management through a Management System that covers all the requirements that are applicable to the UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001, IFS HPC and UNE-EN ISO 22716 Standards.

This policy is communicated and understood by those who work for the organization. In addition, it is periodically reviewed and provides a reference framework for the establishment of quality and environmental objectives.
