The same as for the manufacturing process, there are two different rooms for the filling process, one for Personal Care products and other for the rest of products.

The Aerosol filling lines are automatized and are ATEX. All the lines are equipped with bath test at 50ºC and weighing machines for 100% of the units. The lines can fill different types of propellants: Butane mixture, Isobutane, Dimethyl Ether, Nitrogen, CO2 and other compressed gasses.

We also fill aerosols under Bag on Valve system (BOV) for products such as Shaving Gel, Thermal Water or Sun care.

For high-viscosity products, we can fill under the Piston-Can system, such as silicones or adhesives.

Concerning the Líquids (non-pressurized products), the filling lines can be adapted to different formats and type of cans. They include labelling, capping, threading and coding among other processes.

The shrink in trays or packs is available in all the lines as well as the possibility of special manipulations such as displays, labelling, etc.
