BULK MANUFACTURING

There are two dedicated product manufacturing rooms. This allows cosmetic products to be manufactured separately from other products, in accordance with the procedures, specifications and requirements established by each customer.

All containers and storage tanks are allocated according to product category in order to prevent cross-contamination.

Our facilities include mixing vessels for cold-process formulations and reactors for hot-process formulations. Different mixing systems are available depending on the specific requirements of each formula, including high-shear mixing, anchor agitation and counter-rotating agitation. We also have smaller-capacity mixing vessels, providing greater production flexibility for smaller batch sizes.

In addition, we have dedicated storage areas to ensure the appropriate preservation of bulk products prior to filling and packaging.
