PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING

Our filling operations are carried out in two independent production areas, one dedicated exclusively to Cosmetic products and the other to Household and Technical products, ensuring maximum safety and eliminating any risk of cross-contamination.

We operate fully automated ATEX-certified aerosol filling lines, equipped with a 50°C water bath and 100% in-line weight control, ensuring the quality and compliance of every unit before shipment.

Our facilities are designed to work with a wide range of propellants, including butane, isobutane, dimethyl ether (DME), nitrogen, CO₂ and other compressed gases, enabling us to meet the specific requirements of each project.

In addition, we offer Bag-on-Valve (BOV) technology for products such as Shaving gels, Shower gels, Sunscreens and other special formulations.

To complete our service offering, we provide a range of secondary packaging and finishing solutions, including multipack shrink-wrapping and customised packaging tailored to each customer’s requirements.
